International Collaboration

MISD 2026

Microbiology as a discipline is becoming more challenging daily because the evolution of other species might take several decades of thousands of years but microbes are evolving very fast. They have direct relevance to humans because they are an intricate part of the human system as a human microbiome. They pose a challenge for humans because they could either help or harm us. Not only humans, they also affect plants, our food, and our environment.

The International Conference on Microbial Innovations for Sustainable Development (MISD 2026), hosted by the Department of Microbiology at Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), Dehradun, in collaboration with Instituto Tecnológico de Sonora, Mexico; Technological University Dublin, Ireland; UDES: Universidad de Santander, Colombia, is scheduled for February 20-21, 2026. This global platform will unite researchers, scientists, academicians, and industry professionals to explore cutting-edge microbial innovations driving sustainable development. The conference will feature keynote speakers, research presentations, and panel discussions by nationally and internationally recognised scientists, focusing on microbiology’s role in addressing environmental, agricultural, and industrial challenges.

MISD 2026 aims to foster collaboration, share knowledge, and inspire actionable strategies for a sustainable future. Attendees can expect engaging sessions and networking opportunities to connect with global experts. Held in the scenic city of Dehradun, this event promises a vibrant academic environment to discuss advancements that align with global sustainability goals. Join us to contribute to and learn from the latest breakthroughs in microbial science for a greener tomorrow.
